1、 Setting and control of aluminum profile temperature

Often, the temperature has a certain error. When setting the surface temperature, it needs to be set according to the actual temperature of the furnace, and pay close attention to the temperature fluctuation.

2、 Same furnace aging

Before charging the aluminum profile, other special alloys shall be charged separately from the ordinary 6063 alloy for aging. When aging is really required in the same furnace due to production reasons, the process of special alloy shall be used for aging.

3、 Aging insulation of aluminum profile

Aging shall be carried out in strict accordance with the process requirements, and the heat preservation time shall be appropriate to prevent insufficient hardness caused by under aging or over aging. Blank framing and furnace loading

4、 Aluminum profile extrusion is too dense

The pressing frame of aluminum profile shall not be too dense, and there shall be a certain interval between materials. The interval of aluminum profile, especially small materials that cannot be ventilated and thick materials, needs to be larger. When the pipe material, small materials and sheet materials are combined into a frame, the pipe material shall be placed below, which will be conducive to the aging circular air supply.
