casting


Melting and casting is the first process of aluminum production


The main processes are:


(1) Ingredients: calculate the addition amount of various alloy components according to the specific alloy brand to be produced, and reasonably match various raw materials.




(2) Smelting: add the prepared raw materials into the smelting furnace for melting according to the process requirements, and effectively remove the miscellaneous slag and gas in the melt by means of degassing and slag refining.


(3) Casting: molten aluminum is cooled and cast into round cast rods of various specifications through deep well casting system under certain casting process conditions.


extrusion


Extrusion is the means of profile forming. Firstly, the die is designed and manufactured according to the section of profile products, and the heated round cast rod is extruded from the die by extruder. The commonly used grade 6063 alloy also uses an air-cooled quenching process and subsequent artificial aging process during extrusion to complete heat treatment strengthening. Different grades of heat treatable strengthening alloys have different heat treatment systems.


Coloring (here we mainly talk about the process of oxidation)


Oxidation: the surface corrosion resistance of extruded aluminum alloy profile is not strong, so the surface treatment must be carried out through anodic oxidation to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance beauty of aluminum.


The main processes are:


(1) Surface pretreatment: clean the profile surface with chemical or physical methods to expose the pure matrix, so as to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film. Mirror or matte (Matt) surfaces can also be obtained by mechanical means.


(2) Anodizing: under certain process conditions, the surface of the surface pretreated profile will be anodized to form a layer of dense, porous and strong adsorption Al2O3 film.


(3) Hole sealing: seal the pores of the porous oxide film generated after anodic oxidation, so as to enhance the anti pollution, anti-corrosion and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. By using the strong adsorption of the oxide film before sealing the hole, some metal salts are adsorbed and deposited in the film hole, which can make the appearance of the profile show many colors other than the natural color (silver white), such as black, bronze, golden yellow and stainless steel.


Characteristics and properties of aluminum profiles after various surface treatment processes


Frosted fabric aluminum profile: frosted surface aluminum profile avoids the disadvantage that bright aluminum alloy profile will form light interference under certain environment and conditions in architectural decoration. Its surface is as delicate and soft as brocade, which is very favored by the market. However, the existing frosted material must overcome the uneven sand particles on the surface and see the deficiency of pattern pattern.


Multi tone surface treatment aluminum profiles: the monotonous silver white and tan color can no longer meet the good cooperation between architects and exterior wall decorative tiles and exterior wall latex. The new stainless steel color, champagne color, golden yellow, titanium gold, red series (wine red, jujube red, black, purple) and colored glass can add icing on the cake to the decorative effect. These profiles must be chemically or mechanically polished and then oxidized for good results.


Electrophoretic painted aluminum profiles: electrophoretic painted profiles have soft surface gloss and can resist the erosion of cement and mortar acid rain. 90% of aluminum profiles in Japan have been electrophoretic painted.


Powder electrostatic spraying aluminum profile: powder electrostatic spraying profile is characterized by excellent corrosion resistance, acid, alkali and salt spray resistance, which is much better than oxidation coloring profile.


Plasma enhanced electrochemical surface ceramic aluminum profile: this type of material is an advanced treatment technology. The product quality of this profile is excellent, but the cost is high. It has more than 20 colors, which can be colored like printed cloth as needed. The surface of the profile is colorful and the decorative effect is good.


Titanium plating process


The titanium gold plating process of aluminum profile includes the process steps of material selection, polishing, chemical oil removal, clean water washing, activation and vacuum titanium plating, which is characterized in that it also includes:


a. The pre plating process is to place the activated titanium aluminum profile washed with clean water in the liquid composed of salt, hydrochloric acid and water for chemical treatment. The treatment temperature is normal temperature and the treatment time is until the fierce chemical reaction of the liquid occurs;


b. Electroplating process, in which the bath components include nickel sulfate, nickel chloride, boric acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, saccharin and brightener. Process conditions: current 3-4A / DM, cathode moving, 5-7a / DM air stirring, bath temperature 50-60 ℃, pH value 3.9-4.2 and electroplating time 15 minutes.
